Refund and Exchange Policy
Refund requests are available up to 7 days before the event starts. Processing fees are non-refundable.
No ticket exchanges done on day of show (for that day's show). Other exchanges can be made by contacting the box office.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Great Northern Theatre Company).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
